SAN FRANCISCO, Aug 20, 2026 — Sky Mantra, a full-stack technology partner serving 300+ clients across finance, retail, logistics and healthcare, today announced it has been named a Top Workplace in Technology for 2026, based on an independent survey of employees across more than 200 technology companies.

The recognition evaluates companies on employee-reported measures including career growth, workplace flexibility, leadership trust and benefits — not self-submitted marketing material. Sky Mantra scored in the top percentile for flexible engagement structures and investment in professional development, two areas the company has doubled down on over the past two years.

What Drove the Recognition

Survey respondents cited three programs most frequently: a company-wide learning stipend introduced in 2025, a genuinely flexible remote/hybrid policy with no mandated in-office days, and a mentorship structure pairing every new hire with a senior engineer or strategist for their first six months.

The award comes as Sky Mantra continues to scale — the company opened a new delivery center in Austin, Texas earlier this month and now employs more than 50 people across three offices. Leadership says the same culture principles will guide that growth.
